Join Rachel for a rich six-week series. The class will break down some of the fundamentals of intermediate and advanced poses and will focus on alignment and core strength. Each class will include a full range of the kind of flow you find in many classes — twists, backbends, inversions, arm balances — and there will be a featured “peak pose” in each class, encouraging students to work up to trying poses like crow and handstand. Students with some yoga experience are welcome to join us for this challenging, energizing, and fun practice. Join us for some social time at Dugan’s downstairs following class each week.
